VR Concept testing

Evaluate your product before taking it to market. When a customer reaches your section of the store, you have about three seconds to capture their attention. A virtual shelf lets you test those three seconds without breaking your budget.

What you find out

  • Did they find it?
  • Does the packaging stand out?
  • Do they check the prices and compare you with the right competitors?
  • Which product did they put into their cart?

Your price and the position of your product both factor into where it should be kept in a retail store.

Surveys inside the store

Embed surveys in the retail experience and give respondents specific missions: go to a point on the map, complete a task, answer a question, then check out. It uses the same surveys you program on our platform, at any complexity.

What you get back

See which products were picked up the most, which were looked at and which were ignored, along with the path each respondent took through the store.

To A/B test a layout, keep two versions of a shelf and show them to respondents at random. You can then check whether an item at eye level is more likely to get picked up.

Run it with VR headsets or directly in the browser. A 2D version of the shelf study is already in use by our customers.
